1. Your Data

Your email address is required as a unique identifier to register you as a user of the tool. This information, together with details of your name, company and sector are required for Business in the Community reporting purposes. These reports will inform the development of Business in the Community's employee volunteering and community investment campaigns and to assess the effectiveness of the tool. Individual or company specific findings will only be reported in the public domain with express permission from the user or company concerned. This data will not be used in any formal benchmarking, assessment or awards process. Your personal information will not automatically be transferred on to any mailing list or shared with any third party organisations.

2. Intellectual Property

Please note the following points with regard to the use of the diagnostic questionnaire element of the Employee Volunteering Check Up. All questions, answers and reports belong to Business in the Community or who own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights). Business in the Community and the Employee Volunteering Check Up are registered trademarks and you may not use them without permission from Business in the Community. All content should not be reproduced in any form without written permission from Business in the Community.
